On the afternoon of 1st March, at the conference room on the first floor of the administrative building, Anqing Foreign Language School’s Junior High Division of the east campus held the first working conference for head teachers in the new semester. The conference was chaired by Junior High Deputy Director Hu Sen. Also in attendance were Principal Assistant& Junior High Director Lu Dan as well as Junior High Vice Director Wang Shengxiang.
Initially Deputy Director Hu Sen summarized the school work since the beginning of the new term and conducted arrangements for the work in the next phase. Afterwards, Principal Assistant Lu Dan laid emphasis on the flag-raising ceremony and students’ entry matters during the morning exercises. Other than that, he introduced the system update of the ‘On-Line Development Evaluation of Anqing Foreign Language School’s Students’.
In summary, the conference was pragmatic, efficient and in a relaxing atmosphere, which laid a solid foundation for the implementation of this term’s head teachers’ work. The Junior High Department convened the head teachers’ regular meeting every two weeks, which included work summary, work arrangement, moral education work in addition to head teachers’ learning and exchange activities. More noticeably, head teachers’ regular meeting was the best opportunity for all head teachers to unify thinking and understanding, which could build a high-class head teachers’ work team at the service of Anqing Foreign Language School’s education and teaching work.
